Once Teamviewer is installed there are a few settings you need to activate in your MacOS System Preferences to ensure we can view and control your computer. Follow thee Steps.
Step 1
Open System Preferences and go to Privacy & Security then click on Screen Recording
Activate Teamviewer in the list. Click back.
Note: If Teamviewer is not visible, click the + sign and go to Applications and scroll down and click on Teamviewer to add it to the list. Then click to activate it.
Step 2
Click on Full Disk Access
Activate Teamviewer in the list. Click back.
Note: If Teamviewer is not visible, click the + sign and go to Applications and scroll down and click on Teamviewer to add it to the list. Then click to activate it.
Step 3
Click on Accessibility
Activate Teamviewer in the list. Click back.
Note: If Teamviewer is not visible, click the + sign and go to Applications and scroll down and click on Teamviewer to add it to the list. Then click to activate it.
Once these steps are complete you can close System Preferences.
