I can't access my web site or my emails

This is a classic sympton of your IP address being blocked by our server firewall(s). However it could be a range of issues, so please send us a support ticket by clicking here or emailing support@diskman.net.

In fact if your IP is being blocked you shouldn't even be able to view this FAQ. So if you can see this article, your issue is most likely something else.

For future reference if your IP seems to be blocked go to www.google.com.au and type 'what is my IP' and press enter. Your public IP address should be displayed on the next page.

You can also CLICK HERE to find out your IP address.

Then send us an email to support@diskman.net stating your public IP address and we'll check into it for you.
