Usually when you're setting up your email you should use mail.yourdomain.com for your incoming and outgoing mail server settings.
However sometimes you may have issues connecting to your email and you need to try something else.
In this case you can choose our default server to connect your email. If we have not let you know what the alternate options are for your specific requirements you can do a check and find out yourself,
The easiest way is to do a PING on mail.yourdomain.com
On Mac open up a Terminal window and type 'ping mail.yourdomain.com' and press enter.
To stop, press CTRL and Z
On Windows open up a Command Prompt window and type 'ping mail.yourdomain.com'.
It will stop automatically after 4 pings.
Note: you do not need the quote marks when typing the command.
The PING will identify which server settings to use by identifying the IP address of the server.
If your PING shows 221.121.138.114 then you can use dmgweb.diskmanservers.com.au
If your PING shows 221.121.138.120 then you can use dmgweb2.diskmanservers.com.au
