Your Diskman customer account is accessible via the link on all pages on our website in the header. Go to www.diskman.net and click 'clients' from the top right-hand corner.
At the login page, enter your email address and password.
If you don't know the email address, check one of your invoices that we've previously emailed to you. If you don't know the password, use that email address at the Forgot Password area. Submit to reset your password and check your email for instructions.
Once you've logged in you'll be presented with your dashboard which will show a summary of your services etc.
Notable areas to check from the main area are:
1) Services
2) Domains
3) Invoices
If you click on Services or Domains, you will see a list of what you have in place. Whether they are active, terminated, cancelled etc.
If active, the Next Due date is shown. Any associated invoice will be issued 14 days before expiry of service or domain name.
For Hosting Accounts, you can also access your cPanel from your customer portal by clicking in the line of your hosting account. More on that in another help article.
From the right hand-side you will see a drop-down menu which has a few more options. Please browse these options. You can modify some of your contact details, reset your password, update your credit/debit card and more.
